Cancellations, changes and refunds on the RusWeo platform
1. Scope
This Refund Policy applies to requests made through the RusWeo platform operated by RusWeo LLC. It should be read together with the Terms of Service and the Disclosures & Disclaimers.
2. Cancellation by the user
The user may request cancellation of a request before it is performed. The economic consequences of a cancellation depend on the moment of cancellation, on expenses already incurred, on work actually carried out, on the particular conditions communicated for the request and on the mandatory rights that apply.
3. Cancellation or suspension by the platform or the provider
The platform or the provider may cancel or suspend a request in case of material impossibility, safety risk, incorrect essential information, lack of minimum conditions, force majeure or another reasonable cause compatible with applicable law.
4. Changes to price or scope
A substantial change of the scope of a request may require a price adjustment, which is informed before continuing where possible. Material changes and extra charges require agreement where specified by the request or by applicable law.
5. Payments and refunds
The available means of payment are communicated on the platform or by the provider. Under the current model the user pays the independent provider who performs the service; the platform does not collect those funds for onward transfer unless a separate payment feature is expressly introduced and disclosed in advance.
Where a refund is due under the conditions communicated for the request or under applicable law, it is made by the party that received the payment, by the same means of payment where possible. The invoice, receipt or tax documentation for the underlying service is issued by the person responsible under applicable law.
6. How to ask for a cancellation or a refund
Cancellation can be requested inside the RusWeo application. Questions about a cancellation or a refund can be sent through the support section of the application or to RusWeo@outlook.com, indicating the request number.
7. Mandatory rights
Nothing in this policy excludes or limits rights that cannot validly be waived, including the mandatory consumer-protection rules that apply to a specific request.
