Important information about the role of RusWeo and the services requested through it
1. Operator
RusWeo is operated by RusWeo LLC, a New Mexico domestic limited liability company (New Mexico Entity ID 0008135150), 1209 Mountain Road Pl NE, Ste R, Albuquerque, NM 87110, USA. Contact: RusWeo@outlook.com.
2. Role of RusWeo
RusWeo is a digital platform for receiving, organizing, administering and managing requests for services offered by independent providers. A listed category or a processed request does not by itself mean that RusWeo personally performs the service, unless RusWeo is expressly identified as the direct provider of that service.
3. Independent providers
Providers act on their own account and are not employees of the platform. Each provider is responsible for the legal, tax, professional, technical, safety and licensing requirements of the activity it actually performs, and for the tax documentation of its own services.
4. No guarantee of availability
Listing a service category does not guarantee that a provider is available in every location or at every time. Submitting a request does not guarantee that it will be accepted. A request is confirmed only when the platform or the provider expressly communicates its acceptance.
5. Prices and estimates
Prices, routes, durations and arrival times may be estimates and may change because of traffic, waiting, stops, tolls, parking or other operational conditions. A substantial change of scope may require a price adjustment, informed before continuing where possible.
6. Real estate and documents
Functions related to real estate, and document or consulting requests, do not replace the professional, notarial, registry, tax or administrative involvement that applicable rules may require for a specific transaction. RusWeo does not guarantee decisions of public authorities or any outcome controlled by third parties.
7. Not a financial service
RusWeo is not a bank, a payment institution, a money transmitter, an investment adviser or a provider of virtual-asset services, and nothing on the platform is financial, investment, legal or tax advice.
8. Temporary unavailability
Some features may be temporarily unavailable. RusWeo takes reasonable measures to restore them, subject to mandatory legal obligations.
9. Mandatory rights
Nothing in these disclosures excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits rights that cannot validly be waived, including the mandatory consumer-protection rules that apply to a specific request.
